Sharon H. Cunningham, Jack W. Cunningham Sr.,
Leslie Cunningham and Jack Cunningham Jr. We
have a strong background in the title and escrow
industry, with a combined experience of over
40 years and wanted to showcase our talents by
creating a
company
that
was built
on unparalleled
service. Our dream: "To bring together a
group of people who really care about each other
and about their customers". We believed
that if this was accomplished, success would
follow,
and it did.

owned business. We have lived in the lakeland

our entire
life and have seen the many changes that
have occurred in this great city. Our goal is
